At Saamagri, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. By making a purchase from https://saamagri.in/, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Note: We do not accept returns for perishable items, customized products, or items damaged due to customer mishandling.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide order details, images of the defective or incorrect item, and the reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
4. Ship the product back to us as instructed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Approved Refunds: A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition or is returned beyond the eligible timeframe, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
• Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods, personalized items, and items damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

4. Exchange Policy

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at pujaa.saamagri@gmail.com within 48 hours.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
• If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
